Ingredients
- 2 stalk rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 5 cups water
- 1 1/2 lb. strawberries
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions
- Step 1Bring rhubarb, sugar, and water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in strawberries. Let steep and cool for 30 minutes.
- Step 2Strain mixture through a fine sieve, discarding solids, and refrigerate to chill. Stir in lemon juice. Serve rhubarb lemonade over ice.
