Ingredients

  • 2 stalk rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 1/2 lb. strawberries
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions

    1. Step 1Bring rhubarb, sugar, and water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in strawberries. Let steep and cool for 30 minutes.
    2. Step 2Strain mixture through a fine sieve, discarding solids, and refrigerate to chill. Stir in lemon juice. Serve rhubarb lemonade over ice.
