- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. lemon zest
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until sugar dissolves.
- Step 2Pour mixture into ice-cream maker; process according to manufacturer instructions.
