This raspberry vodka sour is all about bold, juicy flavor with a citrusy snap. Strained into a coupe and finished with a fresh berry, it’s as elegant as it is easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 to 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice

Directions

    1. Step 1Muddle raspberries and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker until raspberries are broken up. Add vodka, lemon juice, and ice, and shake until chilled, 15 to 20 seconds.
    2. Step 2Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a raspberry on a cocktail pick.
