Ingredients
- 6 fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 to 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Step 1Muddle raspberries and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker until raspberries are broken up. Add vodka, lemon juice, and ice, and shake until chilled, 15 to 20 seconds.
- Step 2Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a raspberry on a cocktail pick.
