- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 2 large, ripe bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
- 1 cup packed dark-brown sugar
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- Dulce de leche, toasted coconut, and flaked sea salt, for serving
Directions

- Step 3Whisk eggs, vanilla, and kosher salt into bananas. Add to flour mixture and stir until incorporated. Transfer to prepared pan; gently tap to release air bubbles.
