This simple dish has it all: It's a snap to make, it's incredibly delicious, and you're sure to have friends and family asking for the recipe. Make it for your next gathering, with a big pile of fresh veggies—or just whip some up for a chip dip to enjoy while watching Netflix.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 scallion, chopped, plus more for serving
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. minced dried onion
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and coarsely ground black pepper
  • Crudités, for dipping

Directions

    1. Step 1Process cream cheese and sour cream in a food processor until smooth. Add scallion, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried onion, and garlic powder; pulse just until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Top with additional scallions. Serve with crudités.
