Quick Pickled Radishes

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 small bunches radishes (about 8 ounces), thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. whole allspice
- 1/2 tsp. whole black peppercorns
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Step 1Pack sliced radishes, allspice, and peppercorns into a 16-ounce wide-mouthed canning jar until full. Whisk together water, sugar, salt, and vinegar in a bowl until sugar is dissolved. Pour over radishes. Let stand 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or up to 3 weeks.
