Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Tea Cookie Dough
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions

    1. Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Make Tea Cookie Dough, but stir in finely chopped hazelnuts once flour has been incorporated.
    2. Step 2Roll dough, by the tablespoon, into balls and place 1 inch apart on baking sheets. Bake until cookies are firm and just beginning to brown, about 20 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes.
    3. Step 3Place confectioners' sugar in a shallow bowl, then gently toss warm cookies to coat. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely. Toss cookies in confectioners' sugar one more time to coat thoroughly.
