Ingredients
- 1 recipe Tea Cookie Dough
- 2/3 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Make Tea Cookie Dough, but stir in finely chopped hazelnuts once flour has been incorporated.
- Step 2Roll dough, by the tablespoon, into balls and place 1 inch apart on baking sheets. Bake until cookies are firm and just beginning to brown, about 20 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes.
- Step 3Place confectioners' sugar in a shallow bowl, then gently toss warm cookies to coat. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely. Toss cookies in confectioners' sugar one more time to coat thoroughly.
