Chocolate-Cinnamon Marble Bread

Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup chopped semisweet chocolate or chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled, plus 2 teaspoons, divided
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8 1/2-by-4 1/2-inch loaf pan; line with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang on long sides. Toss together chocolate chips and 2 teaspoons flour in a bowl.
- Step 2Whisk together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt in a second bowl. Whisk together sugar, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth in a third bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Step 3Transfer half of batter to prepared pan. Stir unsweetened cocoa, cinnamon, and chocolate chips into remaining batter. Transfer chocolate batter to pan. Using a knife, swirl batters together.
- Step 4Bake until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, 60 to 65 minutes. Let cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes, then use overhangs to remove from pan and transfer to rack; cool completely.
