Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
Directions
- Step 1Pulse garlic and red wine vinegar in a food processor until finely chopped. Add parsley, cilantro, olive oil, and red pepper flakes; process until chopped. Season with salt.
