Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. chopped Meyer lemon peel plus 3 Tbsp. juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/3 cup chopped roasted pistachios
- 1 orange, peeled and chopped
Directions
- Step 1Stir together lemon peel and juice, sugar, and salt in a bowl; let stand, tossing occasionally, 20 minutes. Add pistachios and orange and stir to combine.
