Air Fried Bourbon BBQ-Glazed Pork Chops
These pork chops pair perfectly with a bourbon glaze.

Whiskey-laced barbecue sauce takes this variation on our bbq grilled pork chops from weeknight to wonderful in 15 minutes. Be sure to reserve some of the sauce for dipping the pork chops once cooked. Serve with cornbread and creamy coleslaw.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 1-inch-thick bone-in pork chops (about 1 1/2 pounds
Directions
- Step 1Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook, stirring occasionally, until garlic sizzles (do not let brown), about 1 minute. Add chili powder and cayenne. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add ketchup, bourbon, molasses, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, 12 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Air fry in batches, until thermometer inserted into thickest part (avoid the bone) registers 140°F, 9 to 12 minutes. Turn and baste with glaze (about 1/3 cup) during last 4 minutes of cooking. Transfer to a platter, and baste again. Serve with remaining glaze.
