Ouzo Lemonade

Greek Ouzo — a clear liqueur made from grapes that tastes like licorice — can be an acquired taste. Often consumed neat, sipped from a shot glass, the strong flavor, not unlike absinthe, is one that people tend to either love or hate.

Mixed with fresh lemonade, however, we've found it gives the classic warm weather drink a welcome herbiness that is just perfect for slow summertime sipping. 

Mix up a batch to share with friends. The only other things you'll need is a clear evening, a few comfortable chairs, and a porch to put 'em on.
