Garden Salsa

Ingredients
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 large yellow onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles (1/3 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 jalapeño, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Kosher salt
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Process pepper, onion, cilantro, Roma tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, and sugar in a blender until finely chopped, 15 to 20 seconds. Season with salt. Serve with tortilla chips alongside.
