Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 Tbsp. Dutch-processed cocoa powder, sifted
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

Directions

    1. Step 1Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until combined.
    2. Step 2Whisk heavy cream and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk 1/3 of whipped cream into cocoa mixture. Carefully fold in remaining cream, in 2 additions, until fully combined. Transfer to a 9- by 5-inch loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours.
