Cheesy Garlic Ciabatta
This side, made with ciabatta bread and gooey mozzarella, will certainly be a hit.

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 ciabatta loaf, halved lengthwise
- 4 oz. low-moisture mozzarella, grated (about 1 cup)
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 425ºF with the rack set 5 to 6 inches from the top. Stir together butter and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spread butter on cut side of bread, dividing evenly; place on a baking sheet.
- Step 2Bake until golden brown, 7 to 8 minutes. Top with cheese and bake until melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Switch oven to broil and broil until cheese is golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes. Slice into strips and serve immediately.
