Cajun Cheddar Drop Biscuits

No folding or forming is required to make these tender drop biscuits. Simply mix the ingredients, spoon them onto a greased baking sheet, and bake. Voila!

Ingredients
- Cooking spray, for baking sheet and forming biscuits
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, spooned and leveled
- 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated (about 1 cup)
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet. Stir together flour, cheese, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Stir in cream. Scoop dough, with a lightly greased 1/3 cup measuring cup, onto prepared baking sheet.
- Step 2Bake until cooked through and lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool slightly.
