Tart blackberries pair perfectly with sweet maple syrup to make this a cocktail you will want to sip all summer long. Feel free to substitute raspberries or a handful of blueberries for the blackberries.

Ingredients

4 blackberries, plus more for garnish
1 lemon wedge
3 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. maple syrup

Directions

1. Step 1Muddle blackberries, lemon wedge, and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, maple syrup, and ice. Shake until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass. Top with ice and garnish with blackberries and mint sprig.
