Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crème fraîche
- 1 Tbsp. capers, chopped
- 4 slices pumpernickel toast
- 1 cup pea sprouts
- 8 oz. sliced smoked salmon
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
- Step 1Stir crème fraîche and capers together. Spread onto toast slices. Place pea shoots on each toast slice. Layer with smoked salmon. Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper.
