Almond, Peach and Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut up, plus more for pan
- 4 cups diced fresh peaches
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- Year-Round Cobbler Crust
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly butter an 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
- Step 2Stir together butter, peaches, blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon zest, vanilla, almond, and salt in a bowl; transfer to prepared pan. Top with Year-Round Cobbler Crust.
- Step 3Bake until crust is golden brown and mixture is bubbly, 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
