- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 oz. Spanish chorizo, sliced
Directions

- Step 2Toss together shrimp, bell pepper, olive oil, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Thread onto skewers, alternating with chorizo and orange pieces.
